To shape and drive the strategy behind constantcontact.com, the full-time Website Optimization Specialist will collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to enhance website experiences that boost customer acquisition and engagement, working remotely or onsite in Waltham, MA. Key responsibilities Lead web strategy discussions to prioritize website initiatives supporting acquisition and engagement goals Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to create high-quality website experiences Monitor website metrics and user behavior, providing strategic recommendations based on data analysis Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in marketing, content strategy, or web Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Mouseflow, and Tableau Familiarity with CMS platforms, preferably Contentful Ability to lead cross-functional conversations and influence stakeholders Strong analytical mindset with a focus on web strategy
