Electrical Foreman

Position Overview The Electrical Foreman plays a critical leadership role, ensuring project success by maintaining a high level of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Foremen have access to innovative technology, such as company‑provided iPads, and participate in customized training at our headquarters. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the project superintendent and other trades to oversee the assigned scope, managing material and manpower. Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards. Utilize technology, including iPads and smartphones, to ensure timely completion and meet or exceed customer expectations. Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees working on the designated scope. Qualifications Progressive electrical leaders with at least five (5) years of experience managing scope and running multimillion‑dollar projects for an electrical contractor. Active journeyman or master electrician license. Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and construction safety requirements. Basic computer and writing skills.
