This role requires strong technical skill, attention to guest comfort and safety, and collaboration with the Spa team to maintain a welcoming and professional environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide professional massage therapy services tailored to guest needsDeliver body treatments including scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapyAssess guest health history and identify contraindications prior to serviceCreate a relaxing, safe, and personalized guest experienceMaintain knowledge of current techniques and modalitiesPrepare treatment rooms, draping, and workstations before and after servicesMonitor guest comfort and safety throughout treatmentsEducate guests on wellness recommendations and retail productsPromote spa packages and products aligned with guest goalsMaintain cleanliness of treatment areas and assist with overall spa upkeepAssist with laundry and operational support tasks as neededReport accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to leadershipCoordinate with Spa Desk regarding scheduling and guest needsQualificationsMust hold a current Massage Therapy license in the State of FloridaMaintain required continuing education and licensing standardsAbility to work collaboratively within a dynamic spa teamStrong guest service and communication skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsProfessional, reliable, and detail-orientedWeekend availability requiredReports to Spa Director and Spa Manager
