Warehouse Replenishment AssociateVGM Fulfillment is a national leader in CPAP machine and resupply order fulfillment. This role needs to be present onsite at our warehouse location in Phoenix, AZ.Position Summary: This position is responsible for daily unloading and stocking products while checking the quantity and quality of the merchandise. In addition, receiving associate’s must enter information about incoming merchandise into our operating system. After the product has been logged it will be moved into storage located in the warehouse. Functions of the Replenishment Associate role will include operating a forklift, reach truck, or electric pallet jack. Operation of this equipment is considered safety-sensitive falls within the parameters of VGM Fulfillment's Drug-free Workplace Policy.Reporting Accountability: Shift SupervisorWorking Hours: Full-time, 2nd shift, 3:00pm-11:30pm Monday - FridayWorking Location: On-Site at VGM Fulfillment Warehouse in Phoenix, AZKey Responsibilities:Consistently meets or exceeds departmental expectations.Accurately take inventory of items that have been received.Match items to their specific purchase orders.Receive items into scanner.Moving received product to secondary and/or primary locations.Maintain 48-hours receiving of all freight and ground receipts.Driving a fork truck to move pallets of itemsBe available to come in early and stay late as needed to provide adequate support to the business.Maintain a clean and safety work environment to prevent accidents and injuriesMaintain compliance, safety, and quality standards by ensuring strict adherence to company policies and proceduresFollowing safety procedures, maintaining precise records of all product movements, and implementing quality control measures are crucialMaintain a positive and professional attitude while working with others of varying backgrounds.Set a positive example through personal attendance and time management.Be willing and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment to support business objectives.Demonstrate accurate verbal and written communication skills.Work cooperatively in a team environment to achieve business goals and growth opportunities.While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to assist with other departmental functions upon request.Maintain a clear and organized work environment by ensuring all work areas are kept tidy and free of hazards by regularly cleaning and organizing tools, equipment, and materials.Embody the VGM Power of One Principles.Key Qualifications:Fork truck experience preferred but not required.PIT training required but can be provided upon hire if not yet obtained.Ability to work well with others.Willing to work overtime if needed which include hours during the week.Education: High School diploma or GEDPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand and walk throughout the facility a majority of the dayAbility to lift, push, and slide product and equipment typically weight up to 15lbs, and some weighting up to 30lbsOperation of warehouse machinery and equipment (e.g., carts, hand trucks, forklifts, reach trucks, etc.)Visual abilities to include reading, distance vision and peripheral visionLearn more about VGM Group, Inc.: Headquartered in Waterloo, Iowa, VGM is a 100% employee-owned company providing business and professional services to thousands of business customers across North America.
