Job Title Registered Nurse (RN) – Atrium Health Cleveland /Kings Mountain – Med‑Surg Float Pool II Location Shelby, NC, United States Department 34102 Atrium Health Cleveland – Nursing Float Pool Schedule Full time – 36 hours per week. Schedule details: 3 12‑hour shifts per week; night shift: 7p‑7a; rotating weekends; holidays per policy. Compensation Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 per hour. Benefits Eligible Yes Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association. NIHSS certificate obtained within 6 months of hire. Responsibilities Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process. Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Use evidence-based practice and clinical decision making to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience. Communicate compassionately with interdisciplinary teams and patients.
