Bespoke menus unfold from breakfast to dinner, while libations pay homage to the revered traditions of the world's greatest cocktail bars.The ideal candidate will have strong beverage knowledge and experience providing polished, refined service in a Michelin-rated, Forbes-recognized, or comparable luxury environment. They must be detail-oriented, composed in a high-volume setting, and comfortable balancing both bartender and barback responsibilities. Open availability, schedule flexibility, teamwork, guest focus, and effective communication with culinary and front-of-house partners are required.
