About the Role:

• As our Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing home, including managing staff, coordinating services, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of our 50-bed nursing home, ensuring seamless delivery of care and services to our residents.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

• Design and execute marketing campaigns to drive census growth and promote our facility to the local community.

• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a high level of quality care in our facility.

• Collaborate with our team to achieve facility goals and objectives.

• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Ohio

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
