We are seeking a self-motivated, team-oriented Commercial Project Manager to join our team.In this role, you will oversee our expanding commercial solar construction projects from start to finish. We are looking for a collaborative leader who aligns with our core values, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday (Hours vary based on project needs) Location: Corporate Office in Lake Mary, FL (some local/regional travel required based on job needs) Compensation: Starting at $70,000/year (based on experience) + Bonus PotentialWhat We OfferCompetitive Compensation: Base salary starting at $70,000 (based on experience) + performance bonusesTransportation: Monthly Vehicle StipendHealth & Wellness: Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision insuranceRetirement: Retirement Plan with up to 3% employer matchLife Insurance: FREE $25,000 employer-paid life insurance policyPaid Time Off: Generous Vacation, Holidays, and Sick LeaveKey ResponsibilitiesProject Execution: Lead, drive, and manage commercial construction projects from kickoff to final closeout.Material & Equipment Procurement: Build out material requirements, generate accurate purchase orders, and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure job sites have necessary resources without project delays.Budgeting & Cost Management: Conduct cost analysis and manage project budgets to drive profitability.Subcontractor & Vendor Management: Oversee subcontractor bid requests, contracting, and vendor relationships.On-Site Oversight: Monitor on-site progress for both self-performed and subcontracted work to ensure compliance with building codes, QA/QC policies, and safety standards. Project site presence and field visits will be a regular requirement for this role.Quality & Blueprint Accuracy: Ensure all installations strictly align with project drawings and high performance standards.Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between company leadership, customers, field teams, and vendors.QualificationsExperience: 3+ years of proven success managing commercial construction projects.Technical Skills: Strong ability to read blueprints, build accurate material/labor estimates, and navigate project plans.Software: Proficiency with Google Workspace (G Suite) and AutoCAD.Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of meeting strict deadlines.Industry Experience: Solar or electrical construction experience is required.If you are a driven leader ready to build a rewarding career with an industry-leading renewable energy company, submit your resume today!
