Assistant Property Manager

You'll work against occupancy and NOI targets, which means tracking who's paid, who hasn't, and what the exposure looks like week to week. Exposure to revenue and budget cycles matters here. On the leasing side, you'll conduct tours and convert traffic into signed leases. Social media is part of the toolkit too, specifically Facebook and Instagram, and the expectation is that you can create content that actually connects, not just repost.
