Position Licensed Practical Nurse Location Canandaigua, NY Compensation Base rate $28 - $30 per hour with an additional $0.50 shift differential for evenings and nights. $5,000 Sign‑On Bonus. Daily Pay through a third‑party provider. Travel reimbursement for gas and tolls. Monitor residents’ food and liquid intake and output. Qualifications Must work effectively as a team member. Valid NY State LPN license. In good standing with the State Registry.
