General Manager in Training

Job Summary The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The GM sets restaurant goals, creates plans to achieve them, and works with the Director and others to manage daily operations. Responsibilities Execute restaurant goals and operational plans. Lead, coach, and develop Department and Shift Managers. Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong team. Oversee daily operations, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness. Maintain financial performance, including food cost and labor controls. Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age. Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations. Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail strongly desired. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage a team and meet performance standards.
