Available Shifts 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 5:45 AM - 2:15 PM What You'll Do As a Flexo Press Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting production operations and ensuring high‑quality products meet customer specifications. Responsibilities include: Supply equipment with raw materials to maintain production flow Load materials accurately into machinery Perform quality checks and testing to meet customer requirements Inspect materials for defects, damage, and inconsistencies Enter production data into the company system (APEX) Assist Press Operators with daily production activities Organize and store materials in designated racking areas Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Safely operate powered industrial trucks and other equipment Follow all company safety procedures and policies What We're Looking For Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) Ability to read and interpret work instructions, schedules, and manuals Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems Strong work ethic and team‑oriented attitude Preferred Qualifications: Manufacturing or production experience Powered industrial truck/forklift experience Experience working in printing, flexographic, or industrial environments Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the shift Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. occasionally Why Join Us?
