Travel between retail locations within a 30-minute radius of Greenville to ensure all systems function efficiently. Perform preventative maintenance and monitor the performance of mechanical, plumbing, fire, life safety, and control systems. Record readings, make adjustments, and ensure equipment operates at optimal performance levels. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and hazardous material handling procedures. Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent. 5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems. EPA 608 Type II Certification required; Universal Certification preferred.
