B.B. Wolf’s is looking for an experienced bartender to join our team in a leadership role as Assistant Bar Manager / Lead Bartender.

This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable working behind the bar while also helping oversee day-to-day operations and staff. We’re looking for someone dependable, organized, trustworthy, and confident taking charge when needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Bartending regular scheduled shifts
• Helping supervise and support bartending staff
• Opening and closing responsibilities
• Cash handling and end-of-shift procedures
• Assisting with inventory and product controls
• Maintaining service and cleanliness standards
• Handling customer and employee issues when necessary
• Helping management keep daily operations running smoothly

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong bartending experience
• Previous leadership, keyholder, lead bartender, or management experience preferred
• Excellent reliability and attendance
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Good judgment and the ability to work independently

This is a tipped bartending position with additional compensation for management responsibilities. There is opportunity for increased responsibility and growth for the right person.
