We are hiring for Paint Prep for a client of ours located in Kentwood MI. Come join our team! 

Pay Range: $17 -18 based on experience 
Shift: 1st Shift, 7am-3:30pm Mon-Friday, with overtime as needed

Job Summary:
Integrity Trade Services is currently hiring dependable Paint Prep associates for a manufacturing facility in Kentwood, Mi.. This position supports daily production operations in a fast-paced environment and offers long-term opportunity.

• Review all products prior to and after painting to ensure that it will meet quality standards as finished product.
• Maintaining paint department housekeeping and the safety of the paint booth and paint equipment.
• Comprehensive use of adhesion testing equipment to prevent paint failure.
• Sanding Inspect finished products for quality
• Individual may assist in the paint preparation which involves sanding, washing, and drying product. 
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
• Assist management with inventory, ordering, and receiving of paint

• Qualifications & Skills:
  Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required
  
   

• Ability to stand for 8+ hours
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• High School Diploma or GED 
• great attendance 
• attention to detail
• willingness to be trained
• experience working in an industrial painting environment 
• fundamental skills relating to Color Management System preferred
