HIRING IMMEDIATELY: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IN ITASCA, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Customer Service Representative to join our client in Itasca, IL. This individual will be responsible for process orders and support the team with accurate order entry. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $20/hour, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
• Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm
• Located in Itasca, IL

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and support the team with accurate order entry
• Review order information for accuracy and completeness, enter orders, and upload documentation
• Update lists, spreadsheets, and customer account information as needed
• Work closely with internal teams and assist with special projects
• Identify, research, and resolve any errors, omissions, and discrepancies
• Maintain organized manual and electronic file systems
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

• Must speak, read and write English
• Must be extremely detail oriented in order to update reports on a daily basis
• Must be able to read inventory and check stock reports to answer multiple emails in a timely manner
• Great problem solving skills as order requirements may change multiple times in a day
• Communicate effectively with warehouse, art and production departments
