Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership in the company. BCBAs become eligible for long‑term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible. Monthly Performance Bonuses: Uncapped bonuses reward impact without waiting months. Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship Bonuses: Earn bonus pay for supervision hours to RBTs pursuing their Master’s in ABA. Certification Bonuses: Rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. Scheduling and Work-Life Balance Remote Work Benefit: Up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment‑related work‑from‑home days per year. Research & Innovation: Collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute to advance treatment outcomes, transparency, equity, and clinical quality. Clinical Guidance: Guided by our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team featuring industry leading clinicians. Education and Support Continuing Education: Minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house, extra funds for additional training courses, and 2 paid days off to use for CEU events.
