The

Human Resources Generalist – Talent Acquisition

serves as a key member of the Human Resources team and is responsible for leading recruiting efforts while supporting a broad range of HR functions. This role owns the full-cycle recruiting process and partners with leadership to attract, evaluate, and hire talent aligned with the organization’s culture, values, and business needs. In addition to talent acquisition, this position supports HR operations, benefits administration, compensation activities, employee support, compliance, and process improvement initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for exempt and non-exempt positions. Partner with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Create, update, and maintain job postings across recruiting platforms, job boards, and social media channels. Source active and passive candidates through networking, referrals, job boards, community outreach, and recruiting events. Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Manage applicant tracking system activities, candidate records, and recruiting pipelines. Maintain consistent and professional candidate communication throughout the hiring process. Coordinate employment offers, background checks, and pre-employment requirements. Build and maintain talent pipelines to support future staffing needs. Attend job fairs, industry events, and other recruiting initiatives. Support and promote the organization’s employer brand and workplace culture. Follow all company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and within established expectations. Attend required internal meetings, including safety, departmental, daily, and weekly meetings. Actively participate in company safety programs and initiatives. Support customer satisfaction by meeting expectations while helping manage scope, timelines, and cost considerations. Perform other duties as assigned. Benefits and Compensation Support Assist employees with benefit-related questions and enrollment activities. Support annual open enrollment communications, coordination, and administration. Process and maintain benefit changes and related employee documentation. Assist with compensation surveys, benchmarking projects, and reporting activities. Support payroll-related employee updates as needed. Maintain accurate benefits and compensation records. HR Operations and Employee Support Serve as a primary point of contact for routine employee HR inquiries. Support onboarding, employee documentation, and general HR administration. Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies. Assist with HR audits, personnel file maintenance, and regulatory reporting activities. Support employee relations documentation and follow-up as needed. Assist with HR metrics, reports, and workforce analytics. Contribute to ongoing HR process improvement initiatives. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information. Qualifications Required Minimum of

3 years of proven full-cycle recruiting experience

. Minimum of

5 years of progressive Human Resources experience

. Demonstrated ability to conduct various types of interviews. Working knowledge of recruiting best practices, HR operations, and employment compliance. Preferred Experience supporting multiple HR disciplines, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR operations. Experience using HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems. Experience preparing HR metrics, reports, and workforce analytics. Experience supporting multi-location or growing organizations. Education Requirements Bachelor’s or associate degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of related experience; equivalent on-the-job training or relevant work experience may substitute for formal education requirements. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred. Skills and Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. Effective negotiation and influencing skills. Ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies for a variety of roles. Proactive, independent, and able to take initiative. Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, and ATS platforms. Ability to understand and adhere to company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
