We are seeking an experienced Patient Access Scheduling Supervisor to lead a high-volume, remote scheduling team responsible for outbound patient calls to schedule diagnostic imaging services.

In this role, you will lead, coach, and develop scheduling staff while monitoring productivity, quality, and service KPIs. You will also help improve workflows and processes, create training materials, address escalated patient concerns, and collaborate with leadership on departmental goals and performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree OR Associate's degree with 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience OR 7+ years of healthcare leadership experience without a degree.
• 2+ years of recent leadership experience overseeing healthcare call center, patient access, or patient scheduling teams.
• Experience monitoring KPIs and coaching staff based on performance.
• Comfortable working fully remotely in a high-volume phone environment.

Schedule: Must be available Monday-Friday for an 8-hour shift scheduled between 8:00 AM-8:00 PM CST.

Length: 800 Hours (Approximately 5 months) Contract Opportunity with the posibility of extension or hire.

Equipment Provided for Remote Work. Must me comfortable with Equipment Secuirty Deposit Program upon hire.
