We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team that is warm, friendly, and enjoys working with people. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front office/checkout operations, ensuring a positive experience for patients, and supporting the administrative functions of our medical practice. This role requires excellent communication skills, a teachable spirit, and a courteous demeanor.
Duties will include patient check in/check out, answering phones, scheduling appointments, taking payments, and completing records requests among other responsibilities. Qualified individuals must be dependable, reliable, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while giving great attention to detail as well as being a team-player. Medical experience preferred but not required. Willing to train one that is willing to learn and has a great work ethic. Benefits included. Pay is negotiable based on experience.
