Key Qualifications:

• Active Oregon Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Previous experience in pediatric, school, or healthcare settings as a PT is highly valued

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple caseloads efficiently

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students based on their individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment goals tailored to each student’s unique requirements
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families, offering insights and recommendations for accommodations and classroom strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, supporting a team-based approach to student care
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy to ensure evidence-based practice
