Project Management Analyst

Salary: $105,000 - 145,000 per year

Requirements:

U.S. citizenship is required, and candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance. A bachelors degree or equivalent experience is required. At least six years of direct experience managing technical projects, enterprise IT implementations, or systems engineering contracts in cleared government or corporate environments. Experience supporting federal government contracts is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools. Knowledge of PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Strong communication and team-building skills, an ambitious approach, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to write comprehensive test plans. Review project requirements, resource use, schedules, and deliverables, and develop recommendations to support execution and organizational goals. Develop and assess project performance metrics, executive dashboards, schedules, and status reports to inform leadership decisions. Assess project risks and operational impacts, and recommend mitigation strategies to project leadership. Coordinate meetings, action items, and communications with government stakeholders, program teams, and leaders. Review project financial performance, schedule variances, and contractual obligations, and recommend corrective actions to maintain program objectives. Support compliance with quality, security, and governance requirements. Support Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management approaches. Contribute to federal IT initiatives involving cybersecurity, cloud, DevSecOps, and ICAM programs. Technologies:
