Description Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires a strong understanding of various recruiting methods and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in aligning talent acquisition strategies with our organizational goals. Duties Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Utilize various recruiting platforms and tools, such as ATS systems Conduct technical recruiting for specialized positions and executive roles, ensuring alignment with company needs. Engage in campus recruitment initiatives to attract emerging talent. Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel staff and hiring managers to provide strategic talent management solutions. Implement effective negotiation strategies to secure top talent while ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws. Utilize social media management techniques for employer branding and candidate outreach. Conduct high-volume cold calling to proactively source and engage passive candidates, leveraging tailored outreach strategies to build talent pipelines and generate interest in open roles. Collaborate with HR teams on succession planning, training & development initiatives, and employee relations matters. Conduct research on industry trends to enhance recruitment strategies and improve candidate experience.
