Delivery Specialist (Woodstock)

Job Overview We are seeking a Delivery Specialist who will create excellent customer experiences, support retail operations, and deliver products to customers' homes. Responsibilities Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email. Support retail operations by maintaining merchandising and store upkeep. Deliver best‑in‑class service when delivering products to customers' homes. Perform general maintenance on the truck and around the store daily. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the moving process and address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction. Coordinate and finalize paperwork with customers onsite. Qualifications Full class driver’s license with a driver abstract in good standing. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and move large home goods. Excellent communicator who is people‑ and results‑oriented, looking to drive sales and Customersatisfaction. Some experience in a customer‑facing environment. Ability to multitask and work efficiently. Ability to pass background checks (criminal, employment, driving history). Must successfully pass a criminal background check, credit check, and validation of work experience. Compensation We offer $19.00–$20.00/hour CAD plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
