Account Manager, Wound Reconstruction Solutions - Columbus, OH

Integra LifeSciences seeks an Account Manager for Wound Reconstruction Solutions in Columbus, Ohio, responsible for driving sales of skin and wound care products across hospital and post-acute settings. The role focuses on territory revenue targets, relationship development, and extensive in-operating-room engagement with surgical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and expand sales within assigned territory and account base
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales revenue objectives through strategic planning
• Create and execute annual business plans with regular territory performance reports
• Provide consultative technical expertise and product support in operating room settings
• Identify product improvement opportunities and collaborate across functional teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Associate degree plus medical certification (CST, PT, etc.)
• Minimum 4 years professional or related experience required
• Prior operating room environment experience mandatory
• Valid U.S. driver's license and local Columbus residency
• Strong technical knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, and protocols
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work outside standard hours and travel occasionally
