Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active Maryland SLP license (upload of credentials required).
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; will consider strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants.
• At least one year of school-based experience preferred.
• Ability to pass House Bill background check.
• Must be available on-site.
• Strong references, especially if less traditional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of up to 40 elementary or up to 57 middle school students at peak, distributed across two or three schools.
• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students of varying backgrounds.
• Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and collaboration with district staff.
• Adapt plans based on supervisor input and your strengths.
