Product Line ManagerOur Aston facility is growing, and we are looking for a Product Line Manager to join our team!The Product Line Manager (PLM) is responsible for the sustainable growth of the product line in alignment with Company’s overall strategy. You will be responsible for the management of multiple land-based Aircraft Arresting System product lines and their growth through strategic product planning and marketing, including the development of robust technology roadmaps. You will have authority to develop goals, budget and business plan for product lines.The position requires experience with and technical understanding of the market segment, product line and supporting technology, and ability to integrate the “voice of the customer” (VOC) by developing relationships with customer technical leaders in crafting unique and differentiated solutions.Location: Aston, PA (on-site)Salary: $108,900 - $145,200Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in PA.
