Baylor Scott & White Medical Center Lakeway is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our Intensivist team.
Job Description
This is a night-shift only position with a highly manageable patient volume and strong ICU physician collaboration. The ideal candidate will thrive in an autonomous role and be committed to delivering high-quality critical care.
Position Highlights
- Nights-only schedule: 7 days on / 14 days off (7 PM 7 AM)
- Manageable patient load in a supportive and collaborative ICU environment
- Work autonomously alongside a well-established team
- Utilizes EPIC EMR system

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care or critical care setting preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making ability
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
