Account Manager (Client Onboarding & Account Growth)

Sirius Staffing is seeking an Account Manager in Lake Mary, FL. This role is responsible for building strong client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting overall account success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding process for new clients and account rollouts.
• Conduct virtual and in-person training on company products and services.
• Provide product, industry, and application support to new customers.
• Gather and maintain accurate account information and user details.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and refer leads to the sales team.
• Maintain detailed client records in Salesforce and other company systems.
• Stay current on company products, services, and industry trends.
• Partner with Client Relations to ensure a seamless handoff after onboarding.
• Travel as needed to support client training and implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales/account management experience.
• 3+ years of account management, client success, customer onboarding, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Valid driver's license required.
