Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide exceptional one-on-one nursing care for patients in home and/or school settings throughout Brodheadsville, PA and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the physician's orders and individualized care plan

• Monitor, assess, and document patient condition and progress

• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies

• Assist patients with daily health and wellness needs

• Observe and report changes in patient status to the supervising Registered Nurse (RN)

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with families, school personnel, physicians, and healthcare team members

• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for the patient

• Follow all state, federal, HIPAA, and Maxim Healthcare policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing

• Current CPR certification

• Previous pediatric, home care, school nursing, or private duty nursing experience preferred, but not required

• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

• Ability to work independently while providing compassionate, patient-centered care

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to pass background screenings and all required clearances
