Shift/Schedule Available Part Time 7:00pm - 7:00am 12-hour shifts 48 hrs/pay Job Responsibilities Direct the day‑to‑day functions of household staff or other nursing personnel in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the Community. Interview and complete timely evaluations of household staff. Ensure that all assigned nursing personnel including household staff comply with the written policies and procedures established by the Facility. Evaluate/ assess all residents with a change in condition daily, including suspected abuse. Ensure physician/family notification and documentation of changes in condition. Ensure proper procedures and policies for assisting with medications including accuracy, documentation, orders, etc., are followed for every medication daily. Responsible for reviewing all incidents on the shift of occurrence and follow‑up visits when deemed necessary. Shift documentation and visual assessment are required for nine shifts. Ensure adequate supplies are available to staff at the beginning of shift. Follow complaint procedures for all complaints using proper forms. Education and Experience Current CPR certification. Three (3) years’ experience in geriatric nursing and supervisor experience preferred. Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a LPN in this state.
