We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Unarmed Security Officer to join our team in ensuring the safety and security of our premises in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment and upholding security protocols. If you have a background in security operations and possess strong conflict management skills, we invite you to apply for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or security threats.
- Implement security procedures and protocols to protect assets and personnel.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents to mitigate risks.
- Conduct regular surveillance through CCTV systems.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and actions taken.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in training security staff on security best practices.
Qualifications:
-Experience working in security.
- Knowledge of loss prevention strategies is advantageous.
- Strong conflict management skills are essential.
- Ability to perform under pressure in emergency situations.
- Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work.
Schedule: Mon-Thurs 1p-8p & Fri 10a-5p
