Residential Energy Auditor

Residential Energy Auditor Location: Lakewood, NJ. Responsibilities Conduct residential energy audits and record inspection results. Install energy‑savings measures such as light bulbs, shower heads, power strips, night lights, faucet aerators, and more. Perform pre‑ and post‑installation verifications and gather technical data. Provide technical advice, guidance, and training on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement in accordance with client specifications. Troubleshoot technical problems and recommend solutions. Act as the on‑site program and company representative to customers and contractors, encouraging participation and overcoming barriers. Travel throughout a defined territory using a company‑provided vehicle and maintain organization of vehicles, inventory, and paperwork. Work in all weather conditions and in/inspect attics, basements, crawlspaces, and interiors/exteriors of structures. Qualifications 0‑1 year of relevant industry experience. High school diploma or GED required. BPI Certification preferred; ability to obtain within 3‑6 months. Training will be provided. Meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations, if applicable. Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship or support for work authorization will be provided. Must pass pre‑employment checks. Compensation Hourly rate: $20.70 – $31.00 USD.
