Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Charge Skilled Nursing

Facility: Kern Valley Healthcare District

Location: Lake Isabella, CA 93240

Duration: 91 days (Contract)

Job Specialty: Charge Skilled Nursing

Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Responsibilities:

Oversee nursing staff and coordinate daily operations on the unit.
Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments.
Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
Act as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Assist in staff scheduling and management as needed.
