AppleTree Staffing is seeking a talented AP Specialist to join our client's dynamic team on the south side of Indianapolis. The AP Specialists are pivotal in helping achieve profitability goals by ensuring smooth financial transactions and supplier relationships.

Key Duties:

• Processing payments and financial transactions with suppliers
• Obtaining goods and services from suppliers
• Verifying expense reports and invoices
• Reconciling invoices and monitoring expenses
• Maintaining tax records and recording short-term debts

Requirements:

• A 2-year accounting degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1-2 years of AP experience
• Proficiency with accounting software like QuickBooks, Concur, or Timberline
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Suite
• Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
