Job Summary

A respected legal team in Charleston, SC is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a legal professional with 3 to 5 years of experience who enjoys managing case details, supporting attorneys, preparing legal documents, and keeping matters organized in a fast-paced environment.

The Paralegal will play a key role in case management, legal research, document preparation, court filings, discovery support, and client communication. Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, organize, and maintain legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and case files.
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review and case strategy.
- Manage case calendars, deadlines, court filings, discovery requests, and document production.
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, vendors, and internal legal teams.
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, discovery, case management, and general litigation support.
- Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

- Compensation: $55,000 to $65,000 per year.
- Job Type: Direct Hire.
- Location: Charleston, SC.
