Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Staff Accountant role based at BMM Testlabs’ world headquarters in Las Vegas, NV. The Staff Accountant will perform day‑to‑day general accounting activities, including accounts receivable processing, journal entries, bank and account reconciliations, and month‑end and year‑end close support. This role will assist with maintaining accurate records in the accounting system. The role will also collaborate with cross‑functional teams and support internal and external audits as needed. Qualifications Strong general accounting knowledge, including accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, and reconciliations. Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, XLOOKUPs) and comfort working with large data sets. Experience supporting month‑end and year‑end close processes, financial reporting, and audit preparation. Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong organizational and time management skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly to non‑finance stakeholders. Ability to work on‑site in Las Vegas, NV, collaborate with a diverse global team, and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA or progress toward certification is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
