At Pediatric Home Service , our RNs and LPNs provide 1:1 pediatric home health care , helping children with medical complexities grow and thrive safely at home. If you’re looking for a meaningful nursing job with flexibility, support, and impact.

THE POSITION

• Location: McPherson, KS
• Day Hours: 1 to 3 day shifts between Monday-Friday 8a-3:30p
• Night Hours: 7p-7a, 3 nights a week
• Client Specifics: 14 year old with g-tube.
• $4,000 Sign-on Bonus plus Shift Differentials; +$2 Nights and +$2 Weekends

TRAINING & SUPPORT

Join our dynamic team and get ready for some serious teamwork! We offer specialized, hands-on training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care—so no experience is required to get started. We’ll help you breeze through the learning curve and into a role that truly makes a difference. With 24/7 support from our dedicated team, you’ll never feel alone. Pediatric experience is a plus, but if you’ve got heart and a willingness to learn, you’ll fit right in with our warm and welcoming crew!
