Roles & Responsibilities Ensure availability of products while maintaining a clean work area Perform all warehouse duties while following all established safety procedures and using the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Maintain compliance with company and industry best practices, policies, and procedures to create a safe environment for colleagues and guests Unload trucks and count quantities to verify delivered amounts Process, receive, rotate and correctly store retail, paper products, food, and food product items within the warehouse (which includes dry storage, frozen, and refrigerated areas) Deliver orders from the warehouse to the individual retail stands, concessions, catering areas, and other facilities (by pick‑up truck/golf cart, van, hand cart, and/or by hand) Complete orders and responsibilities in a quick and responsive manner Monitor stock levels of the warehouse and communicate any shortages in orders and inventory to the management team Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits Conduct product inventories on a routine basis Complete and update daily inventory logs Monitor product quality and communicate shrinkage or waste to the lead and/or supervisor Maintain proper organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and warehouse equipment All other duties assigned by leadership Pay Rate: $20 / hr. Education and Experience High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred 1+ years previous warehouse experience a plus but not required Language Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus. Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age to comply with NY Child Labor Laws Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to work until later hours of the evening, from open to close Must have reliable transportation to and from your scheduled shift Must possess a valid driver’s license and a good driving record Ability to safely and efficiently operate motorized vehicles and equipment Ability to comply with all uniform policies Must possess exceptional customer service skills, with an ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns in a positive and professional manner Ability to follow direction, multi‑task, and work as part of a team as well as independently Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and remain on feet for majority of the workday Ability to frequently stoop, twist, kneel, bend, squat, or reach above shoulders Ability to work in enclosed spaces and refrigerated areas Ability to withstand heat and humidity in the various food stands and restaurants Ability to use a step ladder in a safe and proper manner Ability to carry, push, pull, lift, and hold objects weighing 50 pounds or more Ability to consistently use hands to grasp, control, move objects or tools Ability to see details of objects that are more than a few feet away Working Conditions Frequent interaction with many indoor and outdoor areas of the park Frequent exposure to the variable outside temperatures, including high heat, cold, direct sun, humidity, dust, rain, and other weather conditions Subject to refrigerated temperatures on a regular basis Subject to frequent repetitive motion and lifting of heavy objects Some exposure to dust and chemical cleaning agents Subject to frequent interruptions and requests that may require reprioritization of activities Team Member Benefits Flexible schedule Ability to cross‑train and learn unique skills across various departments Free admission to Splish Splash on your days off Invited to exclusive employee events throughout the season Perks & Benefits Flexible schedule Ability to cross‑train and learn unique skills across various departments Free admission to Splish Splash on your days off Invited to exclusive employee events throughout the season Must become Food Handler Safety Certified (ServSafe or similar) or become so within 90 days of hire, when required by state and local guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
