Customer Care Specialist

Sylvester Electric is a family-owned electrical contractor serving Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire since 1979. We are seeking an outgoing, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This position is often the first interaction our customers have with our company. The ideal candidate understands how to make callers feel comfortable, listened to, and confident they have reached the right company. This is not a high-pressure sales role. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, building trust, and creating a positive customer experience while scheduling service appointments and supporting our operations team.
