At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Compounder to work with a leading company in the manufacturing sector in New Albany.

Shift Patterns

• 12-hour weekend shift, 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Pay Rates

• 20.00 - 24.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Experience working in a manufacturing, mixing, or production environment.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions, formulas, recipes, or production specifications.
• Experience operating production, manufacturing, or processing equipment.
• Basic math skills to measure, calculate, verify quantities, or complete production-related tasks.
• Experience using forklift and material handling equipment.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience documenting production data, batch records, or inventory transactions.
• Proven ability to work in an environment where accuracy and attention to detail are critical to quality and compliance.
• Comfortable lifting, moving, and handling raw materials or finished products.
• Experience with inventory control, material staging, or product transfers in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while meeting quality and safety standards.

Role Responsibilities

• Follow precise formulas and recipes to compound materials.
• Operate and monitor production and manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain accurate batch records and production documentation.
• Perform material handling, staging, and inventory transfers.
• Ensure all tasks meet safety and quality compliance standards.
