Compensation Manager — Lead Hybrid Team Across Canada & US

The Talent Company seeks a hands-on Compensation Manager to lead compensation programs across Canada and the U.S. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage a team, and ensure accurate, compliant compensation delivery in a hybrid setup with three on-site days in Mississauga. Responsibilities include merit increases, AIP and LTIP oversight, market benchmarking, and partnering with leaders to align programs with business strategy.
