FP Movement Store Manager

Responsibilities Lead and drive sales by taking an Omni channel approach to the retail experience Deliver an engaging environment that inspires customers Advocate for technology usage and train the team for seamless transactions Cultivate genuine customer connections Collaborate on event programming reflective of local interests Continuously talent plan and hire exceptional people Participate as the manager‑on‑duty to drive engagement Prioritize employee development with timely feedback Uphold daily operating procedures and manage payroll Collaborate to execute visual priorities Analyze business opportunities with company tools Communicate openly and foster teamwork Requirements 2+ years store leadership experience Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community Proven record of hiring and developing great talent Strong understanding of merchant process and ways it impacts the business Experience in coaching and conflict resolution Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
