Customer Service Representative

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Tempe, AZ 85284

Shift: Must be available 7 days a week between 5:00 AM and 10:00 PM. (A set 8 hour/5 days a week schedule will be assigned within those hours)

Work Arrangement: On-Site

Role Overview

• Handle inbound customer service calls and follow-up inquiries in a high-volume call center environment.
• Assist customers with prior authorizations, healthcare-related questions, and account information while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
• Navigate multiple systems and applications to document interactions, update records, and resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent high-volume call center experience.
• At least 1 year of tenure in previous roles with a stable work history.
• Ability to type at least 30 WPM.
• Comfortable using multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
