Senior Project Manager – Land DevelopmentLocation: Charlotte, NCPay: $145K - $165KResponsibilitiesLead civil/site land development projects from planning and design through completion, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.Manage project teams, workloads, deliverables, schedules, and budgets to drive successful project execution.Monitor project financial performance, including labor hours, costs, profitability, billing, and productivity.Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing project updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget, including coordinating and securing approval for additional services.Oversee QA/QC and technical reviews to ensure accurate, high-quality project deliverables.Lead project meetings and coordinate with engineers, designers, technical staff, and department leadership.Support proposal development, business development, and client relationship management to help generate new and repeat business.Identify project challenges early and coordinate resources to develop effective technical and operational solutions.Mentor and develop Project Managers, engineers, designers, and junior staff in project delivery and business practices.Support team performance through workload planning, feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.Ensure projects and teams follow company health, safety, quality, and operating standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering8 + years of site design experiencePE licenseKnowledge of local city, county and state land use processes and regulationsProficiency in technical skills in stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrological analyses, grading and other site development related designsProficient knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3DAll applicants must be able to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship of any type now or in the future
