Final Filing Date: 5/28/2026 Role Overview Under the general supervision of the Employee Engagement Manager and a Staff Service Manager I, the incumbent serves as a Recruitment Coordinator for District 8. Responsibilities include managing the student assistant/volunteer program, coordinating contracts, overseeing recruitment efforts, and supporting special programs. The role acts as a staff‑level project analyst for employee engagement activities, promotes a positive and healthy organizational culture by researching, analyzing, and interpreting surveys and data, and creates, organizes, and administers events and programs to enhance skills, morale, and knowledge for current employees. Minimum Requirements ANALYST II eligibility. Valid driver’s license is required when operating a state‑owned or leased vehicle. Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) required; SOQ must be typed, no more than two pages, 12‑point Arial font. Proof of education, license, or certificate as applicable. Desirable Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships. Cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively with district personnel at all levels. Ability to follow direction while accurately integrating program objectives. Ability to gain and maintain confidence and cooperation of program contacts. Ability to analyze data and present ideas and information clearly. Strong planning, organizational, and evaluation skills. Ability to present complex ideas and data in narrative and graphical formats using Microsoft Office. Comfort with delivering oral presentations to audiences of various sizes. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary staff. Strong problem‑solving skills. Ability to work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
