Job Summary: Aptiva Health is seeking an organized, approachable, and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support daily Human Resources operations. This position is responsible for recruitment and onboarding while also serving as a primary contact for employee questions related to benefits, policies, and HR processes. The HR Coordinator will maintain employee records, support benefits administration, assist with HR compliance, and provide administrative and front-office support at our Plantside location. The ideal candidate communicates effectively, handles confidential information with discretion, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Manage recruitment activities, including posting open positions, sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews. Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process and prepare offer letters and pre-employment documentation. Coordinate new-hire onboarding and ensure required paperwork is completed. Serve as a point of contact for general employee questions and HR-related inquiries. Maintain confidential electronic and physical personnel files. Maintain Form I-9 records and assist with employment compliance requirements. Update employee information in the HRIS and conduct routine data audits. Assist with benefit enrollments, changes, terminations, and annual open enrollment. Support performance review coordination and other HR projects. Greet visitors and provide general front-office and administrative support. Collaborate with Payroll, Accounting, IT, and other departments on employee-related needs. Perform additional HR and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional, tactful, and able to build positive working relationships. Excellent organization, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work independently. Previous experience in human resources, recruiting, office administration, or a related role preferred. Experience with an HRIS, payroll system, or applicant tracking system preferred. Familiarity with benefits administration and employment laws preferred.
