Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Coordinator to support and enhance our HR operations. This role plays a critical part in delivering a seamless employee experience by coordinating onboarding, maintaining HR systems, supporting compliance, and partnering with leadership on key HR initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and brings a proactive, service-oriented mindset to HR administration and employee support. Work you’ll do Schedule and conduct initial phone interviews, proctor completion of assessments, and prepare interview packets for hiring managers. Organize and maintain personnel records. Prepare and print HR documents, such as new hire onboarding packets, event flyers, and miscellaneous HR forms. Assist in answering employee questions about HR-related issues. Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair events, treat days, employee lunches, etc.) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1–3 years of HR coordination or administrative experience 1 years of recruiting experience Strong skill in MS Office applications, including Outlook Calendar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects. Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
