As a Human Resources Generalist, you'll have the opportunity to support employees and leaders across this growing portfolio of businesses, partnering with leadership to recruit exceptional talent, strengthen employee engagement, and build HR programs that support continued growth. Position Summary Neace Transportation is seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Generalist to support our growing organization. This is a true generalist role that blends full-cycle recruiting with employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll support, training, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, partnering with leaders to hire top talent, solving employee challenges, and improving HR processes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What You'll Do Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate, operational, and service positions from sourcing through onboarding Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, write compelling job postings, conduct interviews, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and leaders by providing guidance on policies, procedures, employee relations, and workplace concerns Coordinate new hire orientation, onboarding, and employee training initiatives Assist with benefits administration, annual open enrollment, and employee benefit questions Provide backup support for payroll processing and related HR administration Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and recommend process improvements Support employee engagement, recognition programs, employer branding, and HR communications Utilize Paycor HRIS to maintain employee records, support recruiting and onboarding activities, generate reports, and improve HR processes Perform other HR-related projects and duties as assigned What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent HR experience 2+ years of Human Resources experience in a generalist, recruiting, or HR support role Experience with full-cycle recruiting and partnering with hiring managers throughout the hiring process Working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements Experience with an HRIS; Paycor experience is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certification is a plus Why Join Neace?
