Job Description
Leverages analytical tools toprovide business and technical support for the analytics process, tools andapplications.
Recommending appropriateperformance measures.
Analyzing and processing data,building and maintaining models and report templates, and developing dynamic,data-driven solutions.
Assists senior consultants ongathering detailed, actionable reports documenting the findings from, dataprocessing, and data analysis.
Assists senior consultants onusing business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitatingimplementation of new tools and data marts.

Skills:
Market Research Business Intelligence (BI) Analytical Thinking Qualitative Research Concept Development Performance Metrics Data-Driven Decision Making Strategic Planning Data Integration Experience: 0-2 years related experience required.

Role/Responsibilities:
Directs the research,discovery, collection and interpretation of business requirements.
Participates in thedevelopment and review of complex processes and procedures, workflow analyticsand reporting.
May provide senior levelconsultation and communicates with clients and technology teams on businessdesigns, problem solving and business analysis to support project goals andobjectives. Consults and recommends the frameworks, methodologies and processesinvolved in business requirements traceability for business analysis teams.Independently mentors, leads, and coaches other associates to affect knowledgetransfer. Oversees the development and maintenance of all applicable policy andprocedure documentation. Translates business needs, processes and/or proceduresby partnering with applicable experts and business stakeholders to determineand articulate needs. May communicate with senior level stakeholders andtechnology teams on complex business requirements. Leads multiple businessanalysis project management processes through planning, quality assurance andeffectiveness assessment. Provides direction for the successful deployment ofprojects.
Drives the development,analysis and distribution of cmplex reporting.
